Wheel and Bainbridge Island

On Wednesday, March 30, 2022 Angelina and I rode the "Wings Over Seattle" wheel which was fun. Then we rode the ferry over to Bainbridge Island, had some Mexican food and shopped. The town reminded me of Carmel a bit, and Angelina found a colorful fabric store. We each bought some fabric. Hers has the Space Needle in miniature on navy blue, and I found sea otter fabric for a basement curtain. The ferry was quite expansive similar to the ones in Greece that we took between the islands in Thessaly. Many people take the ferry to the city daily to work, it is about a half hour to Seattle. We stayed on the island for a few hours and truly enjoyed our time there. Highly recommend the shop "Island Life" by Alex Sanso, all local artists. -Mona
