Rush'N Ripoff!

After the Eiffel Tower, Angelina and I wanted to see the Arc de Triomphe and it was going to be a thirty minute walk, which we were prepared to do. We noticed a pedicab and asked about the price, he said 15 E. I agreed to that price. He said his name was Victor and he had lived in Paris for 12 years. When we arrived at the Champs Elysees he stopped and said that we had to walk the last 3 minutes to the Arc. Then he also said that the final price was 30 E, 15 E each! Then he didn't have change, went and got a coffee then handed me my change. We entitled this experience, the Russian Ripoff! -Mona
