Sunday, October 20, 2019 we had breakfast at "Paris Crepe" on Tennyson Street near our house. We both found our choices to be exquisite and will return again and again! The owner, Wahid, his daughter and the pastry chef were all very friendly and accommodating. I tried the "Caribbean Crepe" and Angelina had the "Plain Crepe". Mine was made with white chocolate instead of the regular dark, as I am allergic to cacao. We found the ambiance authentic, and felt transported to Paris, France once again. I highly recommend this yummy restaurant, and learned that they have two more restaurants. One in Manitou Springs and another in downtown Colorado Springs, CO. We tried making our own crepes yesterday and succeeded using Aunt Mary's former electric crepe pan and complete crepe cookbook. It was simple and fun too! -Mona
