On Monday, June 3, 2019 we all gathered at the Neighborhood Friends Church in Arvada, CO, to honor the lives of our loved ones, Ron and Ramona Morris. My parents, Howard and Zora Sanborn, Christina Jasper (my sister) traveled from California to attend this special day out of love for my father's sister and husband ( and all the extended family and friends). This service was memorable for the people who gathered, the Pastor John Henshaw, all our family who spoke, the Naval Officers flag ceremony, reuniting with family, memories shared and all the love expressed. Many thanks to Steve Sanborn who cared for Ron and Ramona each and every day for many, many years and for organizing this event. My cousin, Dan Morris and his wife, Connie for also including our family from California when choosing the date and for bringing your family too. The reception afterward was so well organized and we all enjoyed the meal we shared. We are so grateful that our family members were able to celebrate the lives of Ron and Ramona in a perfect way. A marriage that flourished for 66 years, they were together each and every day and lived a God centered life. We are so blessed to have shared so many happy moments with them, and continue to be with the family they created. We are inspired by their example and always will be. -Mona
I am so glad that we all got to celebrate that day together, it was happy to see all of the family and share memories of Aunt Ramona and Uncle Ron, who will always be in our thoughts and hearts. -Angelina 💕
