Yesterday, we had our last day in Phuket, Thailand and we wanted to take a few parting shots. In the first group shot, Deen, two relatives, Lina, Sunny, Ickbao, Angelina and me. Then Sunny (one of hosts), Mayuree (her sister), Siya (their Mom). Then a very kind man who lives at the apartments, (so sorry, I can´t remember your name, but your spirit shines), Mayuree, and Sunny and her son Ickbao. Our driver, many times, Mr. Sommei, thank you very much. Then our personal escort to our flight out from Bangkok to Delhi, as we had a couple of stressful hours trying to find & print our e-visa application number from an email from August, almost couldn´t go on the second flight. They should let people know that for India, you must have a hard copy of the e-visa application (which we were not told, way back in April). After Angelina tried to open the file, after she found it on our old email. Finally, the airport police woman found and printed our papers, yeah! This kind officer walked us all the way to the gate & we were off! We want to thank Darinee, Sunny, Deen and their whole family for being so kind to us and making our stay awesome! We loved Thailand and Phuket is a special place. When you want to see Colorado, give us a shout, we would love to show you around our area. The rubber trees used to be a main export, as well as tin from this island and now some plantations still operate, so those are the trees. The main focus is tourism now and I certainly understand why.
