Yesterday, November 2, 2018 Humayan´s Tomb is an example of Mughal architecture from 1565. It is the tomb of the Mughal Emperor Humayan in Delhi, India. The tomb was commissioned by Humayun's first wife and chief consort, Empress Bega Begum, in 1569-70, and designed by Mirak Mirza Ghiyas and his son, Sayyid Muhammad, Persian architects chosen by her. We continued on our tour with Jeet and he taught us so much about the history of this building and the Mughal rule. Humayan´s tomb´s architecture was the model for Taj Mahal.

Right next to the tomb is another memorial for a Pashtun noble. It had blue still visible (from 1547) and is also about to be restored.
