Happy happy Halloween, 2019! Last year we were traveling from Bangkok, Thailand to Delhi, India and did not celebrate in our traditional manner. This was the first year that Angelina went trick or treating without an adult. My how time flies. I decided to partake and was a vampire, Angelina was honey from Winnie the Pooh and Iris was a cereal killer, ha ha! They had a blast and ran into friends from North along the way. Angelina made her own costume and even embellished the neck with dripping honey in lace with sequins, very clever. It had been an unusually cold week here and was a school night, so not so many kiddos showed up compared to other years, but I still saw many cuties! I watched The Wizard of Oz and ate too many Skittles. I hope all of you enjoyed your evening. -Mona
It was a very enjoyable Halloween this year! I finally got to make my own costume. It took me 5 days to make it and I even had pockets in my dress. It was very long though so next year I will make it more movable. Iris came over at around six and we took pictures with Mom and handed out candy to our neighbor kids Ainsely and Gabriel. Mom got in her very cool vampire Halloween costume and then Iris and I went tricking treating in my neighborhood and her neighborhood for an hour. We also stopped at our friend Gideon's house and visited with him because I hadn't seen him in months. It was so good to see him. We had a really great Halloween and I'm so excited for next years costume, we might be royals. -Angelina
Awesome! You all look fabulous! I am so glad it was a great night. I miss you both. Mom, Dad and I went to Paradise Performing Arts Center last night. The moon looked big and full as we drove up to Paradise just past dusk. it was so beautiful. It was a celebration with music and poetry of the resilience of the Ridge people. It was very moving.
