Angelina has completed this beautiful dress for the Homecoming Celebration at North High School and will wear it on September 28! The fabric was given to her by her Aunt Rosa and Angelina worked with it like a professional, as it is very silky smooth. It has been delightful to watch this creation come together, I am impressed with her patience and skill. Fantastic work Angelina!
I have been having fun giving new life to discarded furniture items, and am reclaiming this desk for our renter, Lucas. He has been very patient, as it has been on the porch for three months, but soon will be complete. He is an English major at Metropolitan State University with an emphasis in Poetry. We hope he will have many happy hours of productivity with this desk! -Mona
Sorry it took so long for my comment to commence! Angelina, you look so lovely in the dress you made yourself! You are a wonderfully talented seamstress in such a short period of time. I am so happy for you that you have found the pleasure of creating something with your own hands. I hope you will hold your head up at the homecoming dance and stay proud of who you are- the most wonderful, gifted, humble, kind and charming young lady I know (other than your 2 cousins whom I also love dearly!) I hope sometime in the next year all 3 of you will be here together to visit! I heard from Mom yesterday that Hailey's Jack plans…
