On Sunday, March 27, 2022, Angelina and I went to the Chihuly Museum and learned so much about this artist and his amazing accomplishments. I could hardly believe that pieces of this size were created by one person. In the exhibition I learned that he worked with a team or teams for these installations. I can't imagine the patience that glass blowing of this caliber would require. Wow! Is all I can say...Completely astounding. I loved the ocean room and the Persian Ceiling rooms inside the most, and the garden displays are incredible of course. A must do when in Seattle. -Mona
The Chihuly Museum was a wonderful excursion for our second day in Seattle. My favorite piece was the blown glass Sea sculpture with the sea creatures on it. It is amazing how much time Dale Chihuly invested into every single piece of his art. His artistic influence can be seen throughout Seattle in places such as the Seattle aquarium and the glass blowing studio right down the block from our Airbnb. Super cool! - Angelina
