Yesterday, August 2nd, 2019 Mom and I went on an 18.2 mile bike ride to Bonnie Brae Ice cream. We were on a free flow ride and eventually ended up at Bonnie Brae because we needed something to power us through on the way back. The temperature was supposed to be 80 and it was 87 degrees. At the ice cream place I had Sinfully Cinnamon and Mom had Udder Butter which was peanut butter and vanilla. I liked how old fashioned everything looked. It is an authentic ice cream parlor with delicious homemade ice cream! - Angelina

Yummy! The flavors sound good! I like to ride so I can feel good about eating. I try to be healthy with all choices with the exception of my daily evening bowl of Rite Aid ice cream. Right now my fav is Cookies and Cream. They are low butterfat and agree with my strange diet of not digesting most fats and have problems with acidity. The pistachio, vanilla and chocolate chip are other likes of ours...
