Last night we walked to the Pitti Palace, but it was closed and we window shopped, ate pizza, had gelatto near the Ponte Vecchio Bridge and got packed for our travel day. An old friend had a dog named Savoy, so that is for the little Shih-tzu I knew. We have truly enjoyed the flavors, sights and experiences we have had in Florence. A lovely city to visit and now I have been twice, I hope to come back again someday. -Mona
It was a great last night and Florence and a good way to say goodbye to the city! I enjoyed our time spent in Florence and am astounded by all that I saw. This was a really nice city to see. -Angelina
